Express Pass – Terms & Conditions

Express Pass Benefits

1. Includes priority entry via the express queue.
2. Entitles the holder to one guaranteed exclusive tote bag, redeemable at the event’s redemption counter during event hours only.
3. Includes one free pack of pet treats, while stocks last.
4. *Car park ticket add-on is available at a special rate of $18/day, limited to Express Pass (Three-Day) holders only.

*Car Park Ticket Add-On

1. Car park tickets are available only for Express Pass (Three-Day) holders.
2. Tickets must be purchased on-site during the event.
3. All car park tickets are subject to availability and while stocks last.
4. Car park tickets are valid for single-day use per ticket and are non-refundable once issued.

Redemption & Usage

1. Tote bag and pet treat redemptions must be made on the day of attendance at the designated redemption counter.
2. Lost or unredeemed items will not be replaced or refunded.
3. Express Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Benefits associated with the Express Pass are valid only during the event dates and cannot be claimed after.

General

1. The organiser of the Singapore Pet Festival reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of the Express Pass perks or terms without prior notice.
2. By purchasing the Express Pass, you agree to abide by all event rules and regulations.

Terms and Conditions

• Children who are 1 meters tall and below do not require a ticket for entry.
• One-Day Pass: Price $6. Tickets are available for purchase throughout the event.
• Three-Day Pass: Price $12. Tickets are available for purchase throughout the event.
• Express Pass (Three-Day): Price $18. Tickets are available for purchase throughout the event.
• Tickets can be purchased through the official Singapore Pet Festival website. Payment must be completed online using the payment methods offered at the time of purchase.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability may be limited.
• Tote bags will be distributed at random times throughout the event. Distribution times and locations will be announced during the event.
• Tote bags are on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• Attendees are encouraged to participate throughout the event for opportunities to receive a tote bag.
• Tickets will be sent to your email directly after the purchase. Please ensure that the email address provided during the purchase process is accurate.
• Each ticket will include a unique QR code, which must be presented for entry at the event.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree that the event organisers may collect and use your personal information for marketing purposes. This may include sending you information about future events and promotions by email or other means.
• We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
• Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets to provide a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. Do ensure that you are equipped with necessary supplies to manage your pet’s nature call effectively.
• Dog breeds specified in the *Second Schedule of the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules must be muzzled in public. The maximum fine for not doing so is $5,000 for the first offence, and a fine not exceeding $10,000 for the second or subsequent conviction. (*Second Schedule - Part 1: Pit Bull(American Pit Bull Terrier or American Pit Bull or Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bull dog), Akita, Mastiffs (Perro De Presa Canario, Neapolitan Mastiff), Toas, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Boerboel and their crosses. Part 2: Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher,å Rottweiler, German Shepherd (Belgian Shepherd, East European Shepherd), Mastiffs (Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Dogue De Bordeaux) and their crosses.).
• All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances, such as the cancellation of the event.
• If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates.
• A valid ticket with a QR code must be presented for entry to the event. Each QR code is unique and can only be used once.
• The event organisers reserve the right to verify the identity of the ticket holder.
• Ticket holders are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times during the event. The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendees who are found to be behaving inappropriately.
• The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the timing, date, or content of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Ticket holders will be notified of any significant changes.
• The organiser of the Singapore Pet Festival is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained by attendees, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
